Procedure and Charges For Using The Flanner & Buchanan Speedway Community Center
1. Cost
- A. $200.00 Deposit (Returned if no damage to building)
- B. Rental rate is $20.00 per hour
- C. No Cost for Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Families using building for meal after funeral
2. Restrictions
- A. No alcohol allowed on the premises
- B. No smoking allowed in the building
- C. No tape on walls
- D. Non funeral events will be restricted from using the building until after 5:00 p.m. Mon-Sat and after noon on Sunday
- E. Funeral families are normally kept to a maximum of three hours usage
- F. Occupants are to return the community center to its original condition, including furniture placement
3. Amenities
- A. Seating for fifty people
- B. Full kitchen (stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker)
- C. Plenty of free parking
- D. Conveniently located off of I-465 and Crawfordsville Rd.
4. Scheduling Events
- A. Contact Tim Taylor at 317-387-7000 for scheduling of events
- B. Events are scheduled on a first come first serve basis
- C. Events may be scheduled up to six months in advance
- D. Please call if your event is cancelled
