PROVIDER BENEFIT
Companies provide this cost-saving benefit to their employees at no charge. Many of Indianapolis's finest funeral providers and most beautiful cemetery locations are available through the Buchanan Group Provider Network. Many of the funeral centers are located on cemetery grounds for added convenience.

100% Service Guarantee
If your family is not 100% satisfied with any aspect of your service, our provider network member will make every effort to correct the problem. If we cannot correct the situation, you will receive a full refund for that portion of the service.

Child and Grandchild Protection
If any child or grandchild (18 years of age or under) should die, all network providers will provide their service free of charge.*
Public Servant Program
If any public servant should die in the line of duty, all network providers will provide their services free of charge.*

Family Legacy™ Biography
When you purchase burial rights at a provider network cemetery you will receive a Family Legacy biography. This "tribute to a life lived", includes photos and words, and can be viewed at the cemetery or on our website at www.familylegacies.com. This unique biography can assist in the healing process and gives the family a central location to store family history. There is no additional charge for this service.
Financial Savings
Special savings are available to employees and their immediate family members (spouse of employee and dependent children living at home). We encourage you to learn about your choices and costs.

Prearrangement Funding PolicyFlanner and Buchanan Funeral Centers helps hundreds of Indianapolis-area residents every year with their funded prearrangements. It is our policy to fully disclose all aspects of the contract and how this money is secured for your protection.
Prearrangement funds are placed in either:
Insurance
An insurance product is used to protect the funeral prearrangement contract from inflation. Flanner and Buchanan currently use a product provided by Homesteaders Insurance Company. Homesteaders Life serves 3,000 funeral homes nationwide and has over $1.23 billion in policy reserves. Homesteaders have a B++ Secure rating from A.M. Best.
Trust
For the elderly or those facing eminent death, Flanner and Buchanan places all contract monies in the Master Choice Funeral Trust. This fund is provided through the Indiana Funeral Directors Association. All of the Trust’s funds are deposited with the Trust Department of Fifth Third Bank. Thus, the services and merchandise prices of your funeral pre-arrangement are secure. You’ll get what you arranged for, regardless of inflation.
